KATHY MOONEY...
I am a native New Yorker who migrated to southern New Jersey and now has enjoyed the pleasure of living in Florida for the last 18 years. In my time away from work, I enjoy volunteering in various church ministries, reading, cooking and traveling for pleasure…especially to Europe.
As part of increasing my knowledge and commitment to the real estate world, I believe in continuing education and recently completed and earned a GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. And I was just announced as being selected as a 2007 FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent by HOMEBUYER magazine.
I handle all the details when working with buyers who are looking for a home or with sellers who are listing a home. I am a consultant analyzing and determining my client's needs and then executing the plans for them to achieve their goals. I am a negotiator and advisor during contract time and then at closing, I am an overseer and further assist to ensure that my buyer's and seller's transactions go smoothly.
